​

​

​Rockers Against Bullying was founded in October 2012, by Stephen Moran, a music industry veteran, whose 25 years in the music industry has afforded him the opportunity to travel extensively around the country and work with some of the most well known and prominent bands and musicians in Rock-n-Roll. 

​

​​Stephen's vision was inspired by the heart wrenching story of a young lady from Vancouver, Canada, named Amanda Todd, a 16 year old girl who was preyed upon by an older man who released nude photos of her online.  The photos spread across the internet, and soon her classmates started a campaign of cyber-bullying.  The abuse, coupled with the bullying, humiliation and torment she endured by the predator and her classmates, drove Amanda to the point that, feeling alone and abandoned, she ruluctently embraced suicide as her only escape from this seemingly never ending ordeal.​​

​Amanda's story, as well as so many unfortunate others like it, was the driving force behind the creation of Rockers Against Bullying.  In November 2012, Stephen partnered with Scott Ford, President of 7 Day Entertainment Group, and together they forged ahead with their vision of raising awareness to help implement change and acceptance in our society, while inspiring creativity and self-worth in others through the power and influence of music.  After a long and agonizing search, they were blessed to be able to assemble a superb and dedicated team of like - minded individuals whose drive and compassion encompasses the Rockers Against Bullying mission to the core.​
